so lately, i've been trying to broaden my cooking palate. so i decided to run to the korean market that opened a block away from my house. they actually have 3 aisles dedicated to noodles. it's really cute... plus they have a sake and soju aisle, so i'll be sure to stop by for the next yabe party or special occasion. i think it's just really nice having the market located so close to home. i mean, if i needed an ingredient that wasnt stocked at a general market, i'd have to run to pomona or nogales. so it's just very convenient for them to place a market in the middle of rancho. having to think about driving so far for groceries was already a turn off.. and with the price of gas and groceries nowadays.. yea let's just say there was always a plan b. the market is located off of carnelian and 19th in a quaint shopping center so basically, it's never too busy or too slow. anyways, the market provides pretty much everything from hainz ketchup to fermented cuttlefish... quite an arrange of items to choose from. anywho, you guys should stop by, buy a few things. very affordable and very different from your typical grocery stores.
